It currently consists of 5 wide-angle CCD cameras on a single robotic mount in a roll-off roof enclosure. SuperWASP-N has recently completed its 2004 observing session and the datasets are in the process of being analysed. It will be upgraded to 8 CCDs in 2005. Also in 2005, SuperWASP-N is being commissioned. This is a second nearly identical observatory, also with 8-CCD cameras, on the site of the South African Astronomical Observatory (SAAO), just outside Sutherland, South Africa.
