I am the St Andrews Fellow in Astrophysics, at the University of St Andrews.

See my research page for my work on star and planet formation. I am primarily a submillimetre observational astronomer, and was previously an Instrument Scientist at the James Clerk Maxwell Telescope and Project Scientist at the UK Astronomy Technology Centre.

I also hold a Normal Lockyer Fellowship from the Royal Astronomical Society, who support UK astronomy in many ways.
